1: Never Leave a Child Unsupervised |

a few inches of water are enough for a child to drown in
~ it is best to advise children to stawy away from water unless there is
an adult supervising them
~ At all inclusive family holidays you often find kids clubs that take the
kids swimming - make sure there is always a lifeguard present
~ dont let the kids swim immediately after they have eaten, it can cause
cramps and inability to move and result in drowning, leave at least 30 minutes
after each meal

items such as floating rafts, noodles, or "arm floaties" if they
are not approved standard . Check with your beach lifeguards or coast guard
officuals s to see what they will or will not allow.
